<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature of compressed air at an outlet pipe with good precision just as the case where an electric heater is used by the flow regulation of fluid flowing in a reheater while using the reheater which makes use of the heat generated in a refrigerant system for the temperature rise of the compressed air in the outlet pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In the refrigerating type air dryer, humid compressed air from an air inlet port 20 is cooled and dehumidified by an adiabatic expansion of the refrigerant compressed by a refrigerant compressor 10, and it is heat exchanged with high temperature refrigerant compressed by the refrigerant compressor at the reheater 18. The refrigerant type air dryer includes a controller 42 which controls the dehumidification air sent into the reheater 18 or the flow of refrigerant from the refrigerant compressor 10 so that the temperature becomes constant by detecting the temperature of the dehumidification air flowing in the outlet pipe 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
