<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoanalyzing reagent obtaining a high detection signal even if a labelled substance emanating a detection signal itself like a chemoluminescent or electrochemoluminescent substance is used in a hinge method, and also to provide an immunoanalyzing method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The immunoanalyzing reagent contains a biotin introduced antibody fragment comprising biotin crosslinked to at least either one of the reactively active carboxyl group and thiol group of an antibody fragment and labelled substance introduced avidin comprising the labelled substance crosslinked to the reactively active functional group of avidin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
