PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for oral bioavailability of a tetracycline compound.

SOLUTION: The method of increasing oral bioavailability of the tetracycline compound involves the followings: a pharmaceutical composition including a therapeutically effective amount of the tetracycline compound, and a combinational bioavailability enhancer and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for administrating the tetracycline compound to the intestinal tract; and a kit including the tetracycline compound and an instruction, for administering a therapeutically effective amount of the tetracycline compound and the combinational bioavailability enhancer to the subjected intestinal tract.
