<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction management device for financial products capable of dealing efficiently a plurality of limit order transactions, without complicating an order procedure in an limit order of a financial product. <P>SOLUTION: The transaction management device 1 for financial products includes an order input receiving part 12 for receiving buying-and-selling order application information of the financial product, an order information generating part 16 for generating order information of the financial product, based on the buying-and-selling order application information, an order table 181 for recording the order information, and a contract information generating part 14 for contracting for the financial product, based on the order information. The order information generating part 16 generates an order information group including the order information of limit-ordering the plurality of financial products of the same kinds, at a fixed price range, in every fixed merchandise number, based on one buying-and-selling order application information.
