PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping insulator having both of vibration damping effect and eccentricity inhibition effect of an injector. SOLUTION: This vibration damping insulator 3 is an annular member provided at an outer circumference of a cylindrical housing of an injector and put between an outer circumference surface of the housing and an injector attachment hole of a cylinder head 2. Elastic material 16 is embedded at an inner circumference of the coil spring 15 and an outer circumference is surrounded by the elastic material 16.
