IMAGING SYSTEM AND IMAGING METHOD

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plurality of images with different polarized states of a beam of return light from an observation site in relation to each time when a plurality of beams of irradiating light with different wavelength spectrums irradiate the observation site. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An imaging system has an irradiation part for irradiating a plurality of beams of irradiating light with different wavelength spectrums on an observation site sequentially and a plurality of polarized light filter units including each polarized light filter which is respectively transmitted with a plurality of beams of light with different polarized states, and it includes a polarized light filter part where the return light from the observation site is transmitted at every state of a plurality of beams of polarized light and a light receiving part for receiving the return light transmitted through the polarized light filter part at every state of a plurality of beams of polarized light.
