<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile bearing box internal pressure holding device with an elongated service life of a bearing, by always keeping internal pressure of a bearing box in a positive pressure even in an environment with large variation of the inside temperature of the bearing box. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device has a cylinder in the middle of a grease discharge pipe and a spring installed in a piston of the cylinder. The cylinder is formed with a grease introducing port and a grease returning port in one end in the longitudinal direction and a grease discharge port in an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction, and is formed with a volume variable grease chamber storing grease pushed out of the inside of the bearing box and a spring storage chamber for storing the spring. Force in the pushing-back direction in the bearing box via the piston, is always applied to the grease pushed out of the inside of the bearing box by spring force of the spring stored in the spring storage chamber.
