<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin molded product and a laminate having excellent flame retardance and mechanical strength in a non-halogen system, and to provide prepreg useful for producing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The prepreg includes: a cycloolefin polymer; cross-linking agent; phosphinic acid salt; and carbon fibers. The fiber-reinforced resin molded product is obtained by curing the prepreg.
