PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic thin film transistor including a multilayer thin film and the organic thin film transistor are provided to reduce a process time by manufacturing a multilayer thin film with a heating method and a light irradiation method. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer thin film is formed on a sacrificial substrate. A gate electrode(200) is formed on the multilayer thin film substrate. A gate insulation layer(300) is formed on the gate electrode. An organic semiconductor layer(400) is formed on the gate insulation layer. A source and a drain are formed on the organic semiconductor layer. The sacrificial substrate is removed.
