<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent map creation display device capable of creating and displaying a citation relation of predetermined patent information mechanically such that it can be grasped at a glance on a map, and enhancing efficiency of patent information analysis work. <P>SOLUTION: The patent map creation display device comprises an input device capable of inputting creation conditions such as a search formula, a data processing device for processing a plurality of patent information data extracted from a patent database based on the creation condition input by the input device to create a patent map, and an output device capable of displaying the patent map created by the data processing device. The patent map created by the data processing device can display a citation relation between a plurality of pieces of patent information in a network format or a flow format, and the citation relation between the patent information is discriminated according to the kind of citation such as a notice of reasons for rejection and an exhibit for opposition. Furthermore, regarding each piece of patent information in the patent map, progress information, disposition information, and bibliographic items are identified and displayed simultaneously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
