<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition having a high leveling effect, forming a photosensitive resin layer excellent in flatness even when a colorant is included, and reducing defects and marks of pins, and to provide a color filter and a liquid crystal display produced using the photosensitive resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition includes: (A) a resin component, (B) a photosensitive agent, and (C) a surfactant. A polymer having a 1-20C fluorinated alkyl group (which may be broken by an ether bond, an ester bond, a carbonyl group or a urethane bond) and an amphipathic group in a side chain and having a mass average molecular weight of 10,000-50,000 is used as the surfactant (C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
