<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a bathroom counter capable of preventing a gap from being generated on an appearance between an apron and the bathroom counter even when the product accuracy of the apron of a bathtub and the bathroom counter is not high, in the structure wherein the bathroom counter is installed adjacently to the bathtub. <P>SOLUTION: The attaching structure is for the bathroom counter installed adjacently to the apron 2 installed at the bathtub 1. The apron 2 is provided with a recessed part 5 to which the side end part 3a on the side of the bathtub 1 of the bathroom counter 3 is fitted.
