<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simultaneous connection between AV terminals and a plurality of user terminals. <P>SOLUTION: The method of providing audio and/or video (AV) signal on the remotely-controlled real-time basis includes a step of displaying an AV terminal list recording a plurality of AV terminals (131, 132, 141, 151 and 152) and requesting selection of an AV terminal from the AV terminal list to user terminals (111, 112, 113, 121 and 122), a step of determining whether connection to the selected AV terminal has been established, a step of establishing, when it is determined that connection is not yet established, connection with the selected AV terminal and transferring AV signal of the selected AV terminal to the user terminal, and a step of generating a copy of the AV signal of the selected AV terminal and transferring the copied AV signal to the user terminal when it is determined that connection is established.
