<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm position information of a user and to also send data of an electronic pen, without utilizing an integrated application of a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 102 receives document data from an electronic pen 101 and transmits the received document data to a management server 104 via a dial-up network 103, and the management server 104 obtains a mail address of the cellular phone 102 and transmits position information confirmation mail to the mail address.
