<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable nitrile rubber composition that provides a crosslinked rubber excellent in workability and compression set and geometry dependence of compression set. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The crosslinkable nitrile rubber composition has an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit and an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated dicarboxylic acid monoester monomer unit, and contains 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a polyamine crosslinking agent (b), 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a silane coupling agent (c) containing sulfur element, and 5-300 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler (d), based on 100 pts.wt. of a highly saturated nitrile rubber (a) with iodine value of 120 or less.
