<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold reserving tool having fashionability and comfortability when attaching. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cold reserving tool 1 includes a holding part 4 which is extended to the longitudinal direction in the central section of the longitudinal direction of a body 2, and divided by a folded part 40, right and left vertical edges 41 and 42, and an upper edge 43. In the upper edge 43, at least one opening 4a is formed. Furthermore, n (n>1) pieces of cold reserving packs 3 are freely inserted and removed into/from the holding part 4 through the opening 4a, and the length L of the holding part 4 has a size shown by the formula: L=n×W+α so as to make the cold reserving pack 3 of a width W after absorbing water movable in the length direction in the holding part 4, and the position of the cold reserving pack 3 which absorbs water and swells according to a winding form and/or a winding location of the cold reserving tool 1 is adjustable in a range of the size α in the length direction in the holding part 4.
