<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user learn a determined respiration state just by controlling respiration so as to reach a target without being conscious of a state in the middle of the respiration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The respiration of the user is detected by a respiration sensor 5, and respiration information indicating the state change of the respiration detected by the respiration sensor 5 is presented to the user by using a video presentation device 2. At the video presentation device 2, a guide graphic for guiding the respiration to the determined respiration state is presented as well. A guide control part 10 determines whether or not the respiration information of the user detected in the respiration sensor 5 has achieved the target when guiding the respiration and adjusts the target to be presented at the video presentation device 2, using a determined result.
