<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water draining structure of a box-shaped cargo bed capable of excellently draining water entering a fitting recess. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An upper end edge of a front panel upper edge frame 12 and a front end edge of an upper panel front edge frame 52 form a fitting recess 91, and the frames 12, 52 are coupled with each other by a coupling member to be fitted to the fitting recess 91. Outer-end faced in the vehicle width direction of the frames 12, 52 are covered by a first front fixed part 121 fixed to the outer end face in the vehicle width direction of the frame 12. The first front fixed part 121 have water draining holes 134, 135 which penetrate from the inner surface side to the outer surface side of the first front fixed part 121 to drain water entering the fitting recess 91 to the outer surface side of the first front fixed part 121.
