<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pleated woven fabric product not causing shape collapse of the pleat line, a method for weaving the same, a pleated woven fabric product that simplifies a production process and reduces a manufacturing cost by eliminating steps of heat treatment, or the like, and a method for producing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pleated woven fabric product is formed by crossing a plurality of warps and a plurality of wefts to weave a woven fabric, which has a plurality of pleat lines formed along the warp direction and a plurality of creases having a fixed width size divided by the plurality of the pleat lines and alternately folding the creases along the plurality of the pleat lines in the thickness direction. The plurality of the wefts have wefts that form the pleat lines and generate tension to shrink them along the length direction of wefts by tension.
