<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a stereo printed matter is difficult to be aligned with a lens sheet if an original image includes a fine part even when the lens sheet and a sheet having an original image layer printed thereon are bonded by a thermal compression process or when an adhesives is used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The stereo printed matter is a hologram 3 having one surface covered with a lenticular lens 11 and the other surface covered with a metal reflection film 4. The other surface of the lens sheet having one surface set as a lenticular lens and the other surface set as a convex lens where a rectangular convex part projects in a striped shape in synchronization with the nonconverging area (node) of the lenticular lens, and the other surface of the hologram sheet which is a relieve hologram having one surface covered with a metal reflection film are laminated together.
