<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide newly produced water which solves such the problem that water is used for cooking, washing, bathing, toilets or the like, but, once water has been used, it has been disposed, and to provide newly produced water which is cleaned and reusable. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Water which has been disposed so far is reutilized. The one given from nature is valuably used, and water apt to be short can be replenished.
