<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air and pseudo-underwater viewing apparatus, which can get an aerial and underwater view but yet it is easy to construct and also can build at any places desired such as an urban street lined with large buildings or in a desert region. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The viewing apparatus has a Ferris wheel (1) and a water tank 5 holding fishes inside and prepared around the circumference of an approximate lower half of the rotating locus of the Ferris wheel 1, and an inner wall of this water tank 5 facing at least the Ferris wheel 1 is composed of the transparent material 5a.
