<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to get stretching exercise while seated on a vehicle seat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A holder means 4 for holding a part of the body of the user is disposed either in a backrest 2 or a headrest 3 of the vehicle seat 1. The vehicle seat also has a reclining means for stretching exercise for reclining the backrest 2 while the part of the body of the user seated on the vehicle seat 1 is held by the holding means 4.
