PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow controller which is easily maintained and managed. SOLUTION: The flow controller includes: a control valve mounted in a path from an inflow port to an outflow port; a detector replacing the presence/absence of the flow of fluid from the inflow port to the outflow port with an electric signal and outputting the electric signal; and a flow rate calculation part computing the flow rate of the fluid discharged through the outflow port on the basis of the electric signal obtained by the detector. The flow controller further includes: a controller controlling the open/close operation of the control valve on the basis of whether or not the flow rate computed by the flow computer reaches a discharge stop flow rate to stop discharge; and an output part outputting the flow rate computed by the flow computer outside the controller. The flow controller further includes: a flow counter displaying the flow rates outputted at each discharge of the fluid together with a date or the like when the fluid is discharged; and an indicator informing the malfunction of the device.
