<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition being excellent in mold-release property, mold reproducibility and close adhesion property to a base material and having high refractive index, high glass transition point and low viscosity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The energy ray-curable type resin composition for an optical lens sheet contains o-phenylphenol polyethoxy(meth)acrylate (A) as a main component, a compound (B) represented by general formula (1) and a photopolymerization initiator (C). In the formula (1), R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, a and b each represents the number of 1 or more, and a+b is 2 to 4.
