PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting abnormality of auxiliary artificial heart allowing early detection of abnormal state, a method for detecting abnormality of auxiliary artificial heart, and an abnormality detection program. SOLUTION: The device includes a user information acquiring means to acquire information indicating an operation state of the auxiliary artificial heart embedded in the user as user information, and to store the user information as related to acquiring time in a record of information storage means, and an abnormality determination means to determine whether it is an abnormality state based on the record of user information up to the present by referring to the record of information storage means.
