PURPOSE: A thermal transfer method and thermal transfer device used in the same is provided to improve productivity due to continuously apply heat by a heating element by moving a fixing member on which fixes a film on a transfer rail. CONSTITUTION: A thermal transfer device comprises: a fixing member which stacks and fixes a transfer paper(110) whereon ink(120) is formed on a transferred body(130) which a film layer(140) is coated on; a lower jig(151) wherein a heater heats up the transfer paper and the transferred body which are placed on the upper surface of the fixing member; and an upper jig(155) which is stacked on the upper surface of the film layer and the transfer film. The upper jig and the lower jig are combined together. |
