An ondol panel manufacturing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to increase thermal conductivity and to disperse heat and make the entire temperature of the floor even. An ondol panel manufacturing method comprises a step(S300) which sprays adhesive on the top of the ondol panel; a step(S310) which covers aluminum on the top of the coated ondol panel; and a step(S320) which adding linear pressure to the covered ondol panel and sticks aluminum to the ondol panel. |
