<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding door which can prevent person's fingers from being pinched in a gap, a space, etc. formed in a connecting portion between adjacent door panels while having a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The folding door 10 in which the plurality of door panels 11 and 12 are connected to each other so as to be foldable includes a closing regulation member 21 which is internally mounted at the end 12c of the one door panel at the connecting portion cp between the adjacent door panels, and can freely protrude and recede along the width direction of the door panel from an end surface 12b of the end; a locking portion 22 for regulating the receding motion of the closing regulation member; and an operation portion 23 for releasing regulation carried out by the locking portion. When the folding door is closed in a state that the receding motion is regulated by the locking portion so as to protrude the closing regulation member, a tip 21a of the closing regulation member abuts on the end surface 11b of the other door panel at the connecting portion, and the closing of the folding door is structurally regulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
