<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for monitoring a basket for heat treatment capable of obtaining the life cycle of the basket for heat treatment. <P>SOLUTION: In a management system of a basket 10 for heat treatment which contains a work therein and which is to be used in a heat treatment step, the basket 10 for heat treatment includes as an identifying plate a first identifying plate 10a and a second identifying plate 10b. The system includes a sensor 26 which detects a passage of the basket 10 for heat treatment, a camera 30 which photographs from its side the basket 10 for heat treatment, taking a signal from the sensor 26 as a trigger, a storing terminal 31 which stores image data D of the image photographed by the camera 30, and a terminal for viewing 34 to which the image data D is sent from the storing terminal 31 with wired or by air, and stores the image data D of the basket 10 for heat treatment such that the data can be viewed in the terminal for viewing 34 every group shown in the first identifying plate 10a and the second identifying plate 10b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
