摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a porous titanium plate having low contact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the porous titanium plate includes: forming a water repellent layer on the whole surface of the skeleton of a foamed titanium plate by applying a water repellent onto the whole surface of the skeleton of the foamed titanium plate; forming an exposed part at least on the leading edge end of each projected part in the outer surface of the skeleton by removing the water repellent layer formed at least on the leading edge end of each projected part by drying and solidifying the residual water repellent layer after wiping out the water repellent layer formed at least on leading edge end of each projected part or shaving off only the water repellent layer formed at least on the leading edge end of each projected part after drying and solidifying the water-repellent layer, in the outer surface of the skeleton of the foamed titanium plate on which the water repellent layer is formed; forming an Au-layer at least on the exposed leading edge end of each projected part in the outer surface of the skeleton of the foamed titanium plate; and heating the foamed titanium plate, in which the Au-layer is formed at least on the leading edge end of each projected part, at a temperature of &ge;300&deg;C in vacuum, in an inert gas atmosphere or the atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
