摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented product using cow milk curd and whey, and to provide a method for producing the fermented product. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the fermented product includes: a process of producing Koji by inoculating Aspergillus oryzae to a mixture of cow milk curd and cereals; a process of preparing unrefined lees by adding common salt to the Koji thus obtained; and a process of adding yeast to the unrefined lees to ferment.
