<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented product using cow milk curd and whey, and to provide a method for producing the fermented product. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the fermented product includes: a process of producing Koji by inoculating Aspergillus oryzae to a mixture of cow milk curd and cereals; a process of preparing unrefined lees by adding common salt to the Koji thus obtained; and a process of adding yeast to the unrefined lees to ferment. Furthermore, the method includes addition of whey in any of the processes. The fermented product obtained by the method is also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
