PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide separating equipment which has an inexpensive disposable piping system provided without incorporating a pressure sensor to the piping system, can quickly detect air suction and can efficiently separate suspension liquid. SOLUTION: The separating equipment 1 comprises: a centrifugal container 10 for centrifugally separating the suspension liquid stored therein by being rotated around a prescribed axial line; a waste liquid pipe 14 for discharging supernatant liquid centrifugally separated in the centrifugal container 10; a waste liquid container 5a which is connected to the other end of the waste liquid pipe 14 and stores the supernatant liquid which is discharged; a pump 28 for sending the supernatant liquid in the centrifugal container 10 to the waste liquid container 5a; a pressure chamber 24 which communicates with a middle position of the waste liquid pipe 14 and forms a liquid surface 23 therein; sensors 25, 26 which are arranged on the outside of the pressure chamber 24 and detect the liquid surface 23 in the pressure chamber 24; and a control part 7 for performing control so as to stop the pump 28 when a rise of the liquid surface 23 is detected by the sensors 25, 26.
