PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room pressure control system that effectively saves energy and improves the ventilation of a room to be ventilated. SOLUTION: A control means 13 for adjusting a room pressure executes an air-supply fan-based adjustment operation of a basic mode for adjusting the room pressure p of the room to be ventilated 1 to a set room pressure ps by adjusting an output fo of an air supply fan 3, based on the room pressure p detected by a room pressure sensor 12, in a state where the output fe of an exhaust fan 5 fixed to a set fixed output fes; and automatically switches the operation to an exhaust fan-based adjustment operation of an air supply-side upper limit mode for adjusting the room pressure p of the room 1 up to the room pressure ps set by adjusting the output fe of the exhaust fan 5, based on the room pressure p detected by the room pressure sensor 12, with the output fo of the air supply fan 3 being fixed to a set upper limit output foa, when the output fo of the air supply fan 3 rises to the set upper limit output foa or more, under the execution of the air supply fan-based adjustment operation of the basic mode.
