<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar panel tracking device capable of enhancing sensitivity and accuracy of tracking of the sun. <P>SOLUTION: The solar panel tracking device includes a cylinder 1, a transmission unit 2 which is provided at an end of the cylinder 1 on the side of the sun, and has an intersection 21 of transmitted light in the center, a projection unit 3 which is provided between both ends of the cylinder 1 and a translucent body, a photosensitive unit 4 provided at a side portion of the projection unit 3, and a lens 5 disposed between the projection unit 3 and photosensitive unit 4.
