<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism carrier which can improve cleaning treatment capacity per day by releasing the caps of the aqueduct of idle Japanese cedar wood which have not been utilized as the culture beds of microorganisms and further accelerating the pore formation in the structure of Japanese cedar wood or a microorganism carrier which achieves the cleaning treatment of a large quantity of organic waste with a smaller amount of Japanese cedar wood, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The microorganism carrier is obtained by mixing far-infrared radiation ores into a plurality of Japanese cedar wood chips, placing the plurality of Japanese cedar wood chips including the far-infrared radiation ores in a heating furnace, heating the plurality of Japanese cedar wood chips by far-infrared rays from the far-infrared radiation ores pasted over the inner wall face of the heating furnace and far-infrared rays from the far-infrared radiation ores mixed into the plurality of Japanese cedar wood chips from the inside and outside thereof, and thereafter removing the far-infrared radiation ores from the plurality of Japanese cedar wood chips after the heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
