PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure which thins the width of an electromagnetic flow meter for a filling device by mounting a second printed circuit board on a raised face using a height required for accommodating electronic components installed on a first printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The printed circuit board includes a metallic shield plate 207 having a L shape cross section, a power supply board 201 is mounted on an upper surface of a base surface 207a of the shield plate 207, and a main board 202 is mounted to a surface of the opposite side to a surface where the power supply board 201 on a raised face 207b integrally raised in an L shape cross section from edge of the base surface 207a, is attached.
