<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-refill writing implement in which the size of a ball at the tip of a pen nib can be identified even from far and also even without seeing an operation body from the front. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of writing bodies 5 are received in a shaft tube 2 to be movable in the front and rear direction. The operation body 6 in the rear end of each writing body 5 is projected from a window hole 22 on a sidewall of the shaft tube 2. An operation part 61 is made to slide forward along the window hole 22, so that the pen nib 51 of the writing body 5 appears/retires from a front-end hole 21 of the shaft tube 2. The pen nib 51 of each writing body 5 consists of a ball-point pen tip in which the ball is rotatably held at the front end. The diameter of the ball at the front end of the pen nib 51 of each writing body 5 is different. The length in the axial direction of the operation part 61 of the operation body 6 at the rear end of each writing body 5 is different corresponding to the diameter of the ball, and the length in the longitudinal direction of the operation part 61 is formed larger as the diameter of the ball is larger.
