<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin sheet having small residual phase difference, excellent optical characteristic, high surface smoothness, and suitable as an optical sheet used for liquid crystal display element or the like, a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing device 1 is provided with a nip pressure control means for controlling a linear pressure applied between a belt 15 and a third cooling roll 13, a roll temperature control means for controlling the temperature of the peripheral surface 131 of the third cooling roll 13, and a belt temperature control means for controlling the temperature of the belt 15. The belt temperature control means controls the temperature of the belt 15 while the roll temperature control means controls the temperature of the peripheral surface 131, and the nip pressure control means controls the linear pressure between belt 15 and the third cooling roll 13, and therefore, the sheet having the small residual phase difference, surface roughness, and high surface smoothness is stably obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
