<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning method and an air-conditioning system optimizing the energy consumption of a cooling tower. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioning system 10 includes: a plurality of cooling towers 42A-42H that cool cooling water; refrigerators 44X-44Z having condensers 46X-46Z and evaporators 48X-48Z; a circulation line for refrigerator operation, performing the refrigerator operation; a circulation line for a free cooling operation, performing the free cooling operation; on-off valves 68 that switch between the circulation line for the refrigerator operation and the circulation line for the free cooling operation and regulate the number of the cooling towers to be connected to the circulation line for the free cooling operation; and a control device 70 controlling the number of the cooling towers 42-42H in operation by controlling the on-off valves 68. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
