PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card medium in which a signature indicated on a card conserves a condition when it is written down and which inhibits postscript and rewriting of the signature. SOLUTION: The card having a writing part (103) on a predetermined domain on a card base (101) includes: the writing part (103) in which an ultraviolet discoloration layer for writing predetermined information using an ultraviolet drawing pen (300) which irradiates an ultraviolet ray on a spot is formed; and a cover film (109) which has visible transparency and ultraviolet ray barrier property. An ultraviolet drawing card (100) is characterized in that the writing part (103) is covered by the cover film (109) after writing the predetermined information by the ultraviolet drawing pen (300) on the writing part.
