PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional shutter slat causes damage in a design part at an intermediate position along the longitudinal direction of the shutter slat, and the damage is conspicuous, and remarkably spoils appearance. SOLUTION: In a shutter slat, a first interlock portion 2 is formed so as to contact with the other shutter slat located inside or outside along the radial direction of a pulley when a shutter curtain is wound up by the pulley. An expanded diameter portion 4 having a second external diameter R2 larger than a first external diameter R1 of an intermediate part 2m along the longitudinal direction L of the first interlock portion 2 is formed at each of both sides 2s along the longitudinal direction L of the first interlock portion 2.
