<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat antenna that excellently suppresses radiation from a feeding line to have low coupling loss. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The flat antenna is characterized in that a first ground conductor (1), a first dielectric (2), a resonance element (3) having the feeding line, a second dielectric (4), a second ground conductor (6) having a slit (5), a third dielectric (7), and a radiation element (8) are stacked in this order, the slit (5) includes its long-side size larger than the size of the radiation element (8), and the resonance element (3) and radiation element (8) are electromagnetically coupled to each other via the slit (5) formed in the second ground conductor (6).
