<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure wherein no gap is generated when cases are fastened while holding a packing therebetween. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mobile electronic apparatus includes a packing 55 which is disposed between a first case member 51 and a second case member 52 in a state that the packing is elastically pressed. The mobile electronic apparatus also includes: an overlapping part 5A of the case members formed at a side of fringe portions of the cases rather than the packing 55; and a screw 57 and a boss 58, formed between the packing 55 and the overlapping part 5A, for fastening coupling of the first case member 51 and the second case member 52 from a state where both the case members are abutted to each other at the overlapping part 5A. At least one of the first case member 51 and the second case member 52 is formed from a flexible material that is flexed by a load increased at the overlapping part 5A by fastening the screw 57.
