PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim an agriculture for local production for local consumption of a system which produces fertilizer from harvested crop materials and return them into soil, and to provide the fertilizer which resolves problems such as soil contaminated, environmental destruction and global warming and to provide food materials which reduce intake of chemical synthetic materials by effectively utilizing enzyme of food materials. SOLUTION: The enzyme is extracted by using osmotic pressure from the harvested crop materials to use as fertilizers. Further, when fermenting the food materials, the extracted enzyme is added so as to promote the fermentation by fungus, such that the food materials having low calories is obtained at a low price.
