Ž<P>SOLUTION: An accumulation carrier communication system 1 includes: a relay R mounted on a mobile body moving on a route; a base node BN which is placed inside a mobile virtual segment to be a closed area including a moving route 3 and performs wireless communication with the relay R; a moving virtual network 5 provided with a communication line for connecting the base node BN and the Internet 6; a regular node N which is placed inside the moving virtual segment 2 and performs wireless communication with the relay R.
