<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform data display system capable of contracting information of measurement data contained in an original image in a time axis direction without damaging the same, and understanding an entire variation trend. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A measurement data display system includes storage means for storing the measurement data as an image and display means for displaying the image stored in this storage means. The system includes first means for dividing the image stored in the storage means into a plurality of divided images, second means for evaluating pixels constituting the divided images to give a score to the pixels, third means for evaluating the score given to the pixels to select the pixels, and fourth means for putting together the pixels selected within the divided images to create a scale image of the original image.
