PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table capable of preventing the finger of a user from being caught between a top plate and a support arm. SOLUTION: The table 1 includes a leg body 2, a support arm 7 pivoted to the leg body 2, and a top plate 6 supported by the support arm 7, and the height of the top plate 6 is adjustable by turning of the support arm 7. A projection part 17d for stopping the turning of the support arm 7 in the state of being abutting on the support arm 7 and separating the top plate 6 and the support arm 7 when the support arm 7 is turned in the direction of approaching the top plate 6 is provided on the lower surface side of the top plate 6, and a shielding plate 17e for shielding the projection part 17d from the side part is provided on both right and left sides of the projection part 17d.
