PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the backward and sideways leakage of menstrual blood, and also to mitigate a tight feeling in wearing. SOLUTION: A pull-up member 21 independent from a body 11 is arranged from a front end 14a of a crotch part 14 to an upper end 13a of a rear body part 13 on the outer surface of the body 11 having the front and rear body parts 12 and 13, and the crotch part 14. The pull-up member 21 is formed by attaching a pair of right and left stretch tapes 23 over the whole length along both width direction sides on an inner surface of a holding fabric 22. The pull-up member is thinner in width concerning a part arranged along a crack between buttocks from the lowermost end position 14e to the rear end 14b of the crotch part 14. The front end 21a of the pull-up member 21 is connected to the front end 14a of the crotch part 14, the rear end 21b is connected to the upper end 13a of the rear body part, and a part between both ends is separated from the body 11. The connection position between the pull-up member 21 and the upper end 13a of the rear body part is defined as a rear body center area X in the range of 1/2L to 1/3L with respect to respective dimensions L from the rear body part center point 13b to right and left side lines.
