PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diluent nitrogen compressor inlet cooling system. SOLUTION: The diluent nitrogen compressor inlet cooling system (200) includes: a bottoming cycle heat source (212); a vapor absorption chiller (201) powered by the bottoming cycle heat source and configured to cool (202) diluent nitrogen; and a diluent nitrogen compressor (203) receiving the cooled diluent nitrogen from the vapor absorption chiller.
